Eight seasoned staff members have worked through all the past market movements and changes
bringing a wealth of experience to any clients desk. We have a wealth of market
background and contacts to assist clients in any secondary marketing need.
A brief background of each of our staff members:
Andrew S. Jaymes
Andrew S. Jaymes is principal of Jaymes Financial Inc. He is a highly seasoned
professional investment banker with hands-on experience in all areas of secondary marketing
since 1972. His greatest strengths are in the areas of institutional debt sales and capital
markets. As a past principal of several mortgage banking companies and head trader of a
nationally known security mortgage trading operation, he has the experience, banking
relationships and knowledge to "get deals done" in all market conditions.
Robert J. Griesbach
Bob Griesbach is President of JFI and a thirty-five year seasoned executive of the mortgage lending business.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of lending from heading up loan production and
closings, underwriting, all areas of secondary marketing and commercial loan origination
and workouts. He has headed up both retail and wholesale loan operations nationally. His
secondary marketing experience in the last seven years has keyed on the brokerage of non-conduit
eligible loans. Very detail orientated, he brings strong analytical skills to our client's
needs.
Ted
Krug
Ted enjoys over 20
years experience as a Loan Sale Advisor. Ted
established business-to-business relationships resulting in trade consummations
ranging from $25MM to $500MM level. Evaluated
and recommended changes in clients’ portfolio to improve capital and profit
positions. Identified, analyzed and
resolved operational and team problems to improve financial operations.
Ted was one of the original management members of Macquarie Mortgages
USA, Inc, a division of Macquarie Bank Limited,
Australia
. Ted introduced risk-based pricing
to the Australian mortgage model. Ted
established a secondary market department for a regional commercial bank’s
consumer loan division. Ted defined
operational processes for departments to meet loan delivery.
He managed a $1 Billion dollar portfolio, created $20 Million pretax
profit the first 6 months. Ted has
successfully marketed first and second liens, HELOC’s, auto receivables and
credit cards. Ted gathers complex
data, analyzes it, and communicates valuation and marketing concepts.
Gregg
Brown
Gregg
has nearly 30 years experience in the mortgage industry. His experiences
include all facets of residential, construction and commercial mortgage lending,
from origination through servicing. He has worked in management positions
for banks, mortgage companies and a conduit. For the past ten years he was
employed at GMAC-Residential Funding, where he had various responsibilities
within the Capital Markets Group for the acquisition and distribution of
residential whole loan mortgage pools. This included the analytics,
trading, transaction management and distribution sales. Gregg earned his
B.S. in business from Babson College and is a graduate of the Mortgage Banker's
Scholl of Mortgage Banking.
Mick
Brandt
Mick
Brandt brings over 30 years experience in the mortgage lending industry.
Over his career, Mick has learned by hands on all aspects of lending and
loan sales from originating, underwriting, secondary marketing, and managing
mortgage companies. He has worked
for Allstate Funding, Provident Bank, Mortgage Guarantee Mtg. and Mountain
Pacific Mtg. over his career. Mick
also maintains licenses with as a CA realtor, insurance broker and is a
certified AFIP. Mick
has served on advisory boards for RFC, Ford Motor Credit and Bank of America.
Mick brings numerous years experience of selling loans into the secondary
market and has worked through all the market volatile times as a seasoned
veteran.
Scott
W. Abercrombie
Scott W. Abercrombie is the
former Executive Vice President of Sovereign Finance Company and Alternative
Deliveries for Sovereign Bank, nation’s 19th largest bank with $64
billion in assets. He managed all
aspects of the Sovereign Finance Company, national loan purchase group, retail
e-commerce, call centers and Sovereign Insurance Agency. He direc
ted
a team of 550 and held responsibility for nationwide generation of wholesale
home equity, non-prime mortgages, auto, student loans, internet, and insurance
sales. Established a national home
equity and mortgage loan purchase business.
In 2005, Sovereign Finance origina
ted
some $3 billion in consumer loans and purchased $2 billion in mortgages; total
portfolio was $7 billion. Prior to
Sovereign Bank, Scott worked for
Citibank, NYC, JPChase Morgan of
New Jersey
, and Berkeley Federal Savings Bank as executive positions in consumer and
mortgage lending.
He was an active member of
the CBA Home Equity Committee, 2000-2006 and National Home Equity Mortgage
Association, Board Member, 2003-2006.
